By means of promotions it is possible to set for a specific time period, a specific price for a product, a discount percentage, a quantity-based offer useful for managing 3×2 or to give away another item in case a specific quantity of the main product is purchased. All rules are always tied to a specific item.
The Enterprise version allows you to manage up to 50 promotions active on the period at the same time and up to 500 products can be tied to each promotion.
The Ultimate version allows you to manage an indefinite number of promotions.
Canvass and shopping cart promotions management
Through canvasses it is possible to define dynamic rules that generate discounts and promotions in relation to the items in the shopping cart. For example, to set a discount on the items of a brand in case an order of an amount equal to or greater than an amount is placed for that brand, or to give freebies in case at least 10 products of a category are placed in the cart, or to apply a discount in case a specific payment method is used.

In the Ultimate version, when certain volumes are exceeded it may be necessary to use specific views in App Cloud, for other versions when the indicated number is exceeded, the oldest orders and quotes are automatically deleted.
Buffering orders in “exploded state”
Consolidated orders and quotes are kept complete with all line information for the specified number of days from the order date. When this period is exceeded, the line information before being deleted is analyzed to generate statistics that are saved in the order header. In this way the agent can continue to access the order header information and can view the statistics generated during the order deletion process.
For the Ultimate version when certain volumes are exceeded it may be necessary to use specific views in App Cloud.
For other versions, the last five orders for each customer are still maintained complete with all line information, regardless of the date they were taken.
