iC Connector: what is it?

 

iC Connector is a software that is installed on a server inside your company, to securely connect the ERP, CRM and other data sources with the iCatalogue platform.
It is available for Windows, Mac, Linux operating systems. The fee for using the software varies depending on the volume of data and the desired synchronization frequency.

Status

Check the status of the services, the synchronization processes in progress, the errors and the volume of data exchanged in real-time.

Connection

Configure connections to MySQL, SQL Server data sources or, in the case of NIM use, to international ERP, CRM, PIM systems.

Entities

Configure the synchronization frequencies, read and write queries of each entity (for example, products, availability, orders, customers).

Proceed to configure the iCatalogue entities, start with the local ones by choosing the network folder where the resources (files, images, videos) are present and map the entities you want to manage using csv structured files

Continue configuring the entities you want to connect directly to your systems via the connections (Nim and Direct). Define the integration mode (read-only, read-write), manage priorities in the event of conflicts, make the mapping between your data structures and those of iCatalogue using the integrated SDK that allows you to write customized queries for reading and writing in your archives
