Users who have access to the App in FREE mode, are unlimited. If you intend to distribute the App in MANAGED mode, each user must create his own account on the platform directly from the App.
If users are more than 50 (included in the price of PLUS and ELITE versions) the threshold upgrade of managed users is necessary (see table above).
The integration with some international ERP, CRM, PIM and Accounting software systems can be managed through the “native integration modules”. They use third party certified technology for a structured information exchange with popular technologies. Connection is maintained and certified and guarantees top quality level. You can request and certify the connection to your dedicated Dropbox account from the platform. In the local version of Dropbox (installed insidi your company) you will automatically find a structure with all the needed folders. Copying the files with your data (created following the instructions) inside these folders will be enough to have everythign synchornised in the platform.
Billing and payment related to upgrades of “Authenticated users" take place only on a monthly basis and are charged to your credit card. You can upgrade only from the back end of the iCatalogue platform.
The payment is made on purchase receipt mail. The billing is done at the end of the month.
You can decide whether to make the fee payment on monthly or yearly base. The 12 month prepaid formula will give you an approximate 15% discount. Instead, there is a monthly base formula, you will be charged every month with the subscription of an annual base commitment.
Directly from the platform, in "my account", you have access to the administration functions. At any time you can checks the status of the subscription and you decide to migrate to an upper (or lower) level. You can unsubscribe whenever you want and delete your plan without penalty. There is no refund for the amounts already paid in case of cancellation before the deadline.
